LOCATION
We are conveniently located on the second floor of the landmark Empire State Building with our own separate entrance on 33rd Street! The NY SKYRIDE is a completely indoor temperature controlled environment open all year round!

SCHEDULE
We’re open 365 days a year from 8AM to 10PM with modified hours on Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving. 

DIRECTACCESS PROGRAM
NY SKYRIDE maintains its own security and Box Office accessible on the 33rd Street side of the building.  Once you have experienced the NY SKYRIDE, our DirectAccess Program allows you to gain access close to the front of the Empire State Building wait line.  This can save upwards o 75% of the waiting time during peak periods.  (NOTE: You must enter on 33rd Street and do the NY SKYRIDE first to take advantage of this program)

CONVENIENCE
We understand that groups cancel or run into problems.  We do not have cancellation penalties or cancellation fees!  Additionally we don’t have blackout dates!

TICKETS/PAYMENT
Group pricing tickets can be purchased in advance through check or credit card or held at the door.  Group tickets are not available online.

COMBINATION TICKETS
Our COMBO program gets you NY SKYRIDE tickets and Empire State Building tickets in one transaction.  No Pre-payment required when booking through the NY SKYRIDE!

BOOK A GROUP
We operate year round without specific time slot reservations.  We request a reservation for groups of 20 or more.  Groups receive (1) comp for each 20 guests.  Reservations are as simple as an email to reservations@skyride.com or contact 212-279-7999 x 200.  We will send you a confirmation.  Click here for group rates.
