LOCATION
We are conveniently located on the second floor of the landmark Empire State Building with our own separate entrance on 33rd Street! The NY SKYRIDE is a completely indoor temperature controlled environment open qll year round!  We are an excellent destination for students and adults!

SCHEDULE
We’re open 365 days a year from 8AM to 10PM with modified hours on Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving. 

FAST TRACK
NY SKYRIDE maintains its own security and Box Office accessible on the 33rd Street side of the building.  Once your clients have experienced the SKYRIDE, our Fast Track Program allows them to gain access close to the front of the Empire State Building wait line.  This can save upwards of 75% of the waiting time.  (NOTE: You must enter on 33rd Street and do the NY SKYRIDE first to take advantage of this program)

PROFIT

CONVENIENCE
We understand that groups cancel or run into problems.  We do not have cancellation penalties or cancellation fees!  Additionally we don’t have blackout dates! Just write the voucher – it’s money in the bank.

TICKETS/PAYMENT
Tickets can be purchased in advanced through check or credit card or held at the door.  Operators with credit approval may send us vouchers after approval of the credit status.  Click here for credit application.

COMBINATION TICKETS
Special rates for Combination Tickets Empire State Building Observatory and the NY SKYRIDE are available to the trade.  Our COMBO program gets you NY SKYRIDE tickets and Empire State Building tickets in one transaction.    No Pre-payment required when booking through the NY SKYRIDE!

RESERVATIONS
We operate year round without specific time slot reservations.  FIT’s do not need any reservations but we request a date reservation for groups of 20 or more.  Groups receive (1) comp per 20 guests.  Reservations are as simple as an email to reservations@skyride.com.  We will send you a confirmation.
